The tax authoriitiies consiider the removal of the proviisiions enshriined iin the General Proviisiions and Tax Procedures (GPTP or Ketentuan Umum dan Tata Cara Perpajakan/KUP) Draft Law (Rancangan Undang-Undang/RUU iin iindonesiian) as a setback for iindonesiia’s tax reforms.
